A club is only as strong as its membership. The biggest challenge for any new club is attracting and retaining members. By building a strong interest list before opening, we aim to:

1. Secure township approval – Demonstrating strong demand will support our application.

2. Ensure high participation from day one – A strong membership base means great leagues, events, and social play right from launch.

Where will the club be located? What is the status?

📍 Chadds Ford, PA – Centrally located within a 30-minute drive of West Chester, Wilmington, Media, and Delaware County. The area has over 500,000 people and is surrounded by racquet sports communities, including tennis, squash, pickleball, and golf clubs—none of which currently offer padel.

🚗 Near major roads: U.S. 202, Route 1, Route 322, I-95.

• We have received positive indications from the township in our first meeting.

• Final engineering drawings are being completed for submission.
